I love my family, my friends, and my community. My name is Matthew Walkowicz and I am a Senior Broker / Realtor with eXp Realty. I was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. I have been blessed with a great family, we reside here in Loveland Community and being of service is a large part of my life. I believe in building a longer table not a taller fence, I find great fulfillment in donating my time, talents, and treasures to local and global non-profit organizations.

I have a rich family history in the real estate industry, my family has lived and done business in Loveland since 1971! I use this to service my clients more effectively by learning from those who have come before me. The family name was built on integrity, honesty, and service; I am choosing to carry on that way of being.
