Valerie is a recovering attorney who advised the Division of Real Estate when she was an Assistant Colorado Attorney General. She also has experience in Family Law and Construction Defect Litigation. Growing up in Fort Collins, teaching in the Poudre School District, and serving on local boards, Valerie knows Northern Colorado and will use her expertise and negotiation skills for you!
Building community is a foundation of Valerie’s business, which is why she volunteers her time as: Trustee for the Poudre River Public Library District; Board member for the Red Cross of Northern Colorado; Associate Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County; Board Member for the City of Fort Collins Transportation Board. She also sits on the Local Legislative Affairs Committee for the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce.
When not helping clients with their real estate dreams, you can find Valerie hiking or working on her murder mystery. She looks forward to working with you!
